* Dispatch Time: Once we receive your order confirmation, your items will typically be dispatched within 1–3 working days.
* Delivery Time: Once dispatched, your order should reach you within 2–8 working days, depending on your specific location.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Partners

* Primary Shipping: We use India Post as our primary delivery agent for all orders.
* Standard Shipping Charge: A flat rate of ₹80 is applicable for shipping across India.
* Premium Shipping: If you prefer delivery via DTDC, the shipping charges start from ₹100.
* Variable DTDC Rates: Please note that DTDC rates may increase above ₹100 depending on your location and the total weight of the parcel.
* No Handling Fees: We do not charge any additional handling or processing fees.

Important Terms & Conditions

* Non-Refundable Charges: Once an order has been shipped, the shipping charges are strictly non-refundable.
* Returns & Refunds: If you are granted a refund or an exchange for your order in accordance with our policy, the original shipping cost will not be included in the refund amount.
