After dispatch, it generally takes between 2–8 working days to reach you, depending on where you are located.
Our primary partner is India Post, but we can ship via DTDC if you prefer.

As a general rule, we do not allow cancellations or exchanges once a purchase is completed. Exceptions are only made if we cannot fulfill the shipment.
Please record a video of yourself opening the parcel (with no cuts in the footage) and send it to us via WhatsApp or Instagram within 48 hours. We will provide an exchange or a refund if the item is out of stock.
