Cancellations

* Exceptions: We will only consider a cancellation if we are unable to ship your order for any reason.
* Genuine Issues: For other genuine concerns, our team will analyze the situation and consider a resolution accordingly.

Returns & Exchanges

* Damages or Defects: In the event of damage or a defect occurring during transit, your product is eligible for an exchange.
* Out of Stock Items: If the specific product is no longer available for exchange, you will receive a refund for the item.
* General Returns: Please note that we do not accept any returns once you have received the product under any circumstances, except for those received damaged or defective.

Required Verification (Unboxing Video)

To process a claim for a damaged or defective item, we require a continuous unboxing video.
* The video must show the parcel being opened from the start without any cuts or edits.
* The video must be shared within 48 hours of receiving the package.
